Please ensure that your contact has indeed reset their password to guarantee you are still communicating with the correct person.
If you are a Moderator in a Room, or in a Direct Message:
You will have the option to "Manage" the contact. You can choose to Approve (without Verifying) or to Verify your contact again.
If you are not a Moderator in a Room, or are in a Group Message:
You will not be able to verify or approve the contact; in a Room, you must contact the Moderator. In a Group, you will need to re-add the contact to the Group.
