On Mac:
To Reset/Remove Data:
1. Open a terminal Window
2. Type in the appropriate command for Wickr Me, Pro, or Enterprise below:
rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/Wickr,\ LLC/WickrMe
rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/Wickr,\ LLC/Wickr\ Pro
rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/Wickr,\ LLC/WickrEnterprise
Alternatively, To Reset/Remove Data:
1. Open a Finder window and search for your Mac account username
2. Open the "Home" house icon
3. In Finder, select the "View" tab and click "Show View Options"
4. Ensure that the "Show Library Folder" is checked
5. Navigate to [your Mac username]\Library\Application Support\Wickr, LLC
6. Delete the appropriate Wickr Me, Pro, or Enterprise folder you find there
To Uninstall the App:
1. Open a Finder window and go to Applications
2. Right-click the Wickr Me/Pro/Enterprise icon and select "Move to Trash"
On Windows:
To Reset/Remove Data:
1. Open a File Explorer window
2. Click on the "View" tab and ensure the "Show Hidden Items" is enabled
3. Navigate to C:\Users\[your Windows username]\AppData\Local\Wickr, LLC
4. Delete the appropriate Wickr Me/Pro/Enterprise folder you find in the Wickr, LLC folder
To Uninstall the App:
1. Open the Windows Settings and navigate to Apps->Apps & Features tab
2. Click the appropriate Wickr Me/Pro/Enterprise app and click uninstall.
3. Follow the Windows Uninstaller prompts to complete the uninstallation.
