Support Logs can be found in the app in the Wickr menu->Support->Support Logging.
Use the "Save logs" button to the right of the logs to zip and save the logs to your local device, then send to the requester.
If you are unable to log in to the app to access these logs, please use the following instructions:
On Mac:
- Open your terminal and type in the correct command for Enterprise/AWS Wickr:
/Applications/WickrEnterprise.app/Contents/MacOS/WickrEnterprise -logging
/Applications/WickrPro.app/Contents/MacOS/WickrPro -logging
2. The logs can be found at:
~/Library/Application\ Support/Wickr,\ LLC/WickrEnterprise/logs/
~/Library/Application\ Support/Wickr,\ LLC/Wickr\ Pro/logs/
On Windows:

Right click the Wickr Enterprise/Pro/Me shortcut, go to properties and then the shortcut tab

On the target path or the executable, outside the quotation marks, add -logging

You can find the logs in the following paths:
C:\Users\<Windows_USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Wickr, LLC\WickrPro\logs
