How to: Get Support Logs from Desktop Clients

Applies to:

On Mac:

1. Open your terminal and type in the correct command for Enterprise/Pro/Me:

/Applications/WickrEnterprise.app/Contents/MacOS/WickrEnterprise -logging
/Applications/WickrPro.app/Contents/MacOS/WickrPro -logging
/Applications/WickrMe.app/Contents/MacOS/WickrMe -logging

    2. The logs can be found at:

        ~/Library/Application\ Support/Wickr,\ LLC/WickrEnterprise/logs/
        ~/Library/Application\ Support/Wickr,\ LLC/Wickr\ Pro/logs/
        ~/Library/Application\ Support/Wickr,\ LLC/WickrMe/logs/

On Windows:

1. Right click the Wickr Enterprise/Pro/Me shortcut, go to properties and then the shortcut tab

2. On the target path or the executable, outside the parenthesis, add -logging
   

3. You can find the logs in the following paths:



    

   C:\Users\<Windows_USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Wickr, LLC\WickrEnterprise\logs

   C:\Users\<Windows_USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Wickr, LLC\WickrPro\logs

   C:\Users\<Windows_USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Wickr, LLC\WickrMe\logs
