Local Federation allows you to choose which networks you allow to communicate with your Wickr network. There are three options; Disabled, Enabled, and Restricted.
Disabled means that your Wickr network can NOT communicate with any other Wickr networks.
Enabled means that your Wickr network can communicate with other Wickr networks.
Restricted means that your Wickr network can ONLY communicate with Permitted Networks that you specify. Permitted Networks are specified by their Network ID.
