Wickr Pro (Gold Tier) Administrators have the ability to collect logs through the Admin Console. With Wickr Pro the event logs are limited to specific events and *does not* log any message/user content. The event logs are made available as an additional troubleshooting technique for Network Administrators.
The type of event logs information that's collected are:
- Invite User
- User Registered
- Adding or Updating a User
- User Added a Device
- Suspended User
- Unsuspended User
- User Reset Password
- User Profile Updated
- Deactivated User
- Network Admin Granted
- Network Admin Pswd Reset
(Event Logs are only maintained for 6 days)
