You may see this message while attempting to create a new Wickr Pro network:
This means that your email address is already associated with a Wickr Pro User account, which may be active, inactive, or suspended in a different Wickr Pro network. Press the Continue button, and log in using your current Pro password on the following screen.
If your account was suspended, you may need to contact your network administrator to have them unsuspend your account from the Admin Controls.
If your account is inactive, it will be automatically reactivated by logging in to your Wickr Pro account with the correct username and password.
If you have forgotten your password, please use the "Forgot Password" option underneath the password entry field. Follow the prompts to Reset your Password.
