If you're getting this error when trying to send to a contact, it can be for the following reasons:
- The user is suspended
- The user terminated their account
- The user has been inactive for more than 90 days on their only device
- You have exceeded the maximum number of devices allowed on your account: please remove any old devices from the Wickr menu->Settings->Device management
The most common reason is because the user is suspended. Wickr Me suspensions are only for 24 hours and per device, so if the contact logs in with the right password on a new device they can begin to receive messages again.
If they don't have another device to use, they'll have to wait until the 24 hour period expires before you can send messages to them successfully.
