User Account Deletion:
SSO AWS Wickr User / SSO AWS WickrGov User
You can close your account by contacting the admin of your network and asking them to delete your Wickr account through the AWS Admin Console.
Non-SSO AWS Wickr User / Non-SSO AWS WickrGov User / AWS Wickr Guest User
You can close your account through the AWS Wickr / AWS WickrGov application.
NOTE: If the Close Account option is not available, you must contact your admin to close your account.
Closing your account through the application requires your current, working password. If you don't know your password, please contact your admin for assistance or try resetting your password through the application, if available.
To Close the Account in the App:
On Mobile devices, you can go to the Wickr Menu and select Support → Close Account
On Desktop devices, you can tap the menu next to your avatar and select Support → Close Account
From here, you can optionally choose to select why you're closing your account and view some FAQ links for common reasons why users close their accounts.
If you cannot log into your account or require assistance closing your account, please send a request to wickr-support@amazon.com
Admin Account or Network Deletions:
Wickr Pro (Legacy Pro Network) Admins
Contact wickr-support@amazon.com with any requests to delete your admin account and/or network.
AWS Wickr (Native AWS Network) Admins
Log in to the AWS Console aws.amazon.com, search for AWS Support, and submit your request.
How can I tell if I am a Legacy Pro Network Admin or Native AWS Network Admin?
If you have an "Admin Controls" option in your AWS Wickr app, you are a Legacy Pro Network Admin. If you log in through the AWS Console to reach your Wickr Admin Console, you are a Native AWS Network Admin.
